  1. Verify gas supply

    - Shut off power
    - Shut off gas
    - Remove inlet gas plug on gas valve, connect manometer, turn on gas, verify 11-13' W.C.
    - Turn off gas
    - Remove manometer
    - Reinstall plug in gas valve

  2. 100% firing rate must be calibrated first

    - Remove blower door
    - Remove any existing wires on terminal strip. Install jumper across R and W on terminal strip
    - Set dip switches
       a) 10 - off, 11 - on (This will force 100% firing rate)

    - Turn on gas
    - Install blower door
    - Turn on power
    - Furnace will run in a calibration mode. “CL” will be displayed. Allow furnace to run 5-9 minutes depending on venting.
    - When "H" is displayed, remove white plastic plug from adjustment well and adjust valve with a thermostat screwdriver. Allow 3 seconds between each click. CCW decrease, CW increase.
    - Set to 10" W.C.

  3. Repeat the following for 40% firing rate

    - Shut off power
    - Remove blower door
    - Set dip switches
       a) 10 - on, 11 - off (This will force 40 % firing rate)
    - Install blower door
    - Furnace will run in a calibration mode. “CL” will be displayed. Allow furnace to run 5-9 minutes depending on venting
    - When "H" is displayed, adjust valve with a thermostat screwdriver. Allow 3 seconds between each click. CCW decrease, CW increase.
